We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.
We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Simply visit the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule. One of our representatives will then contact you to give an estimate and book the appointment.
We do offer certain discounts for referrals and for reoccurring customers. Please contact one of our service representatives to get more information.
It's completely up to you. If you are not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your home by putting the information in your request.
We allow for a one hour arrival window. In circumstances where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
We know that life happens and you can reschedule your cleaning up to 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, due within 7 days after your missed appointment.
You will get the most bang for your buck if you pick up toys, clothing, etc laying around. This allows our staff members to quickly get to their tasks and get more done in your home. Any floors, tables, or surfaces that are covered with clothing, excessive clutter, toys, etc, won't be able to be cleaned. It's also very helpful if you put away any valuables, or meaningful items that we don't want getting damaged in any way.
Typically, there will be only one cleaner sent to your home. If you're on a recurring schedule, we'll do our best to match you with the same person going forward. On rare occasions, there may be more cleaners if the space needs extra attention or if we are training a new cleaner.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work for us.
It all depends on how much love the home needs. First time deep cleans can range anywhere from 2-7 hours depending on size. Recurring cleanings thereafter can be anywhere from 1-3 hours, as a general guideline.
